  Executive Director

  Roemer holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai. He has a decade and a half of experience in Information Technology, Consulting and Technology Commercialization / Transfer.
  He currently holds the position of Chairman of CEIBS European Alumni Association. www.orro.co

• Joe Yuan
  CFO

  Yuan obtained his MBA degree from the University of Cincinnati. He is a C.F.A. with more than a decade of Wall Street and banking experience.
  Yuan is an a e-commerce entrepreneur, responsible for over $100 million in revenues. He is intimately familiar with financial operations for start-ups and mature companies.

• Dr. Jin Minjie
  Chief Engineer

  Dr. Jin obtained his PH.D. degree from Michigan State University under Dr. Bruce Dale.
  Dr. Jin has extensive experience in industrial biotechnology with a strong academic research record and industrial commercialization experience.

Dr. Li Yichun, Chief Advisor for Global Commercialization, is the President of Huaqing Group Inc.
Dr. Joshua Yuan, Chief Scientific Advisor, is an Associate Professor at Texas A&M University and
Director for Texas A&M Agrilife Synthetic and Systems Biology Innovation Hub.

Cleamol - Disruptive Technologies

  At Cleamol, we deliver disruptive technologies to enable a sustainable future. Our exciting venture is built around the science of converting lignin, biomass, and CO2 into renewable fuels, chemicals, materials, and various products like nutriceuticals. Biomass is the most abundant biomaterial on earth and has significant potential for decreasing the carbon footprint. Found mainly in plants and trees, biomass captures a vast amount of energy. This energy can be released and used by depolymerizing - breaking down - lignin. Cleamol has addressed this challenge by modifying its structure, and developing various product stream to achieve complete usage of final the product. In addition to lignin and biomass, we Cleamol has also developed technology to directly convert CO2 into various bioproducts in cyanobacteria.
  These technologies offer profound social and environmental impacts by using and cleaning industrial waste by-products, enabling integrated biorefinery, producing biodegradable plastics, supporting sustainable production of chemicals, and replacing petroleum consumption.

Cleamol has licensed a set of technologies from Texas A&M University and is working on scale-up to provide different enabling technologies for a cleaner environment and sustainable products. Cleamol delivers disruptive technologies to address global environmental and energy challenges. This includes solutions for more efficient biorefinery, cleaning up environmental waste and producing value-added products in a sustainable manner.
  
  Cleamol is registered in Delaware with offices and research facilities in College Station, Texas. In addition, we are developing an international commercialization pilot site in Shenzhen, China.
